Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our platform. These Terms govern your legally binding relationship with Sensyk.
Welcome to Sensyk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sensyk website, dashboard, research library, subscription services, reports, account features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Sensyk. (“Sensyk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a subscription, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
Sensyk provides a subscription-based, AI-assisted public equity research publication library.
The Service may include:
Sensyk’s reports and tools are designed to help users explore already-published, general research publications by metadata such as research horizon, volatility profile, scenario range, sector, market, publication date, and evidence support level.
Sensyk is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, fiduciary, or financial planner.
The Service does NOT provide: investment advice, personal recommendations, suitability analysis, portfolio allocation advice, brokerage or trade execution, buy/sell/hold recommendations, price targets, entry or exit instructions, stop-loss levels, position sizing, individualized financial planning, or personal investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
All reports and materials are prepared for general, impersonal, informational, and educational purposes only. They are not tailored to your financial situation, investment objectives, portfolio holdings, risk tolerance, account size, or needs.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should conduct independent research and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You may not use the Service if:
We may restrict availability of the Service in certain jurisdictions at our discretion.
To access dashboard features or paid reports, you must create an account through our authentication provider.
You agree to:
We use Clerk as our third-party authentication provider to manage account creation, sign-in, session management, and related security features.
Some parts of the Service require a paid subscription.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record. We do not store your full credit card number. Payment processors may collect and process payment details under their own legal terms and privacy notices.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Paddle-hosted billing portal.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your paid access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless your subscription is refunded, charged back, terminated for breach, or otherwise restricted.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal, personal, non-commercial, informational, and educational purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of any content, software, data, reports, design, trademarks, or intellectual property.
You must not:
The Service, including reports, user interface, design, text, graphics, logos, software, databases, AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs, research structure, and metadata, is owned by Sensyk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
“Sensyk” and related marks are trademarks or service marks of Sensyk. You may not use our marks without permission.
Reports may rely on public filings, company disclosures, market data, news, transcripts, third-party datasets, and other external sources.
We do not control third-party sources and do not guarantee that external information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Market data and corporate information may change after a report’s data cutoff date. Later developments may not be reflected until a report is updated, if ever.
Sensyk may use AI tools to assist with summarization, comparison, classification, evidence extraction, counterpoint identification, and report structuring.
AI tools can produce errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate summaries. Human review may reduce but cannot eliminate these risks. AI-assisted outputs are not investment advice or trading signals.
Reports may include conflict-of-interest disclosures, source notes, data cutoff dates, and update information.
We may correct, update, revise, archive, or remove reports at any time. We are not obligated to update every report after publication.
If you submit messages, support requests, feedback, or other information to us, you grant us a limited right to use that information to respond, provide support, improve the Service, maintain records, and operate our business.
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, sensitive personal information, or personal financial portfolio details through support forms.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Clerk (authentication), Paddle (payment processing), Neon & Drizzle (database), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring).
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, acts, omissions, or policies.
Sensyk may offer beta, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, modified, or discontinued at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, uptime, data availability, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms, payment fails, your use creates legal or security risks, you misuse or redistribute content, or we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Certain provisions, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations, and dispute provisions, survive termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENSYK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, RECOGNIZED SYSTEM OUTAGES, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SENSYK FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, or if you misuse the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sensyk from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, content misuse, unlawful conduct, or violation of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@sensyk.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice, updating the “Last Updated” date, or sending an email.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
